CACTUS uses CAPWATCH data from NHQ to retrieve your cell phone number, email address, and zipcode. In order to receive your new CACTUS password, you must have a cell phone number or email address entered into eServices Contacts. CACTUS downloads the CAPWATCH data for all of the South West Region (SWR), nightly. If you have provided neither to eServices, a CACTUS admin can override your cell phone number in CACTUS.
Generally, only members whose home unit is AZWG, NMWG, or SWR will be able to access CACTUS as these are the only members known to CACTUS via CAPWATCH download.
